  1. If I read their chart right, the last week of the 8 week period is locked. If the guild wanted to drop the alliance would know a week before reset Ahh great, after all that reading it got lost in my thoughts

Community, I see it being knocked around as irrelevant, to you who knock it, it may be, but to others it's important.Some people suffer from anxiety, and their community is important to them, whether they have been diagnosed or not, it is still a mental health issue, not something to be knocked because you do not understand it. Respect is important, even if it is an opinion. Consider these numbersTo make an alliance work and be viable for all time zones and the max cap is 1000, your playing time needs to be 8 hours a day, every day to have 4 maps queued 24/7 or you will still have the imbalance of EU NA and Oceanic time zones having gaps where alliance A can be stacked for an off-peak hour and dominate a map, something I believe this is meant to fix. Guild members who are away from the game for whatever reason, health, work, real life and even those taking a break from the game, will need to find a new alliance or guild if they guild they are in, is at MAX capacity. Somewhat unfair as they have bought the game and they have same rights as someone who spends 10 hours a day playing the game. It cannot be left to a guild leader or alliance leader to decide what happens to said players. A clear set of rules will need to be set out so everyone knows the implications and are treated fairly. ~~Another concern I have is can a guild leave an alliance moments before a matchup is about to begin, which could totally ruin it for the remaining players in the alliance, like guilds transferring out of a matchup at the beginning of the matchup now, it ruins the matchup for those remaining in the matchup. Imagine losing 50 members of an alliance on reset, it doesn't sound like much, but if you can fill 4 maps, that means 1 map will be outnumbered. ~~ Already resolved
