The system could be claimable from your achievement tab so you could use it on all your characters. Say what?We have a current system where in your achievements tab, you can claim skins on multiple characters free-of-charge. ArenaNet could integrate the Aura to that system.

If we ban ArcDps, we need a way to know if a player is bad - therefore, a stat sheet and deaths to raid bosses, mechanical failures would be required so we could weed people out and not waste time. ArcDps serves as a way to indicate player skill, mostly, if they have high dps, they obvious spent time learning their rotation in a raid environment.

You mean the huge amounts of money like a 200% increase in revenue since the inception of mount skins? That clearly has not been put back into content delivery speed...

That would be the idea - I hope they read this and really consider it :)

I wish people would stop trying to devalue expensive items so they become common as sin. I've seen countless threads about this, infusions, invisible boots and much much more.

One can hope.

This isn't to do with the infusion craze but more to do with the fact that a particle effect item takes up an entire slot, and it would be much more lucrative as a reward if it was an infusion instead - or allowed to be an infusion.
