I dislike it so I ignore it. The mini-game is tedious. I'd rather it was a harvestable node like other materials.

I'm sorta working on the saddle and tbh I hate it. I have all the time in the world to farm for it but I'm just not. I occasionally pop on and passively hunt for the currency materials on the maps but I'm bored and sick of it after 20-30 minutes. I don't have high hopes of ever getting it because it's just a pain in the proverbial. I'm a casual player; I prefer events and meta stuff not grinding for ridiculous amounts of materials. This is also why I'll never work on legendries too.

There are so many achievements and skins locked behind raids and wvw that having other players gatekeep in this way really affects casual players as a whole. I guarantee I play my Ranger better than any of my elite specc'd classes simply because I've had the time to invest in her. My other characters don't have the gear or playtime that she has, and I don't have the time to learn some 'meta' class that I ultimately hate just for some achievements. In before someone says 'get gud' (◔_◔)

I hear you, dude. I spent my entire weekend working on getting the mount and even then I only unlocked it this morning. Running behind a zerg and being picked off as you're left behind, only to have to run across the entire map again was tedious at best.I'm a returning player, I don't have potions stored up for rewards track, I actually dislike WVW but am a completionist so this sucked royally. Oh, and I got kicked from zerg squad for running my main (a ranger) and wasn't allowed back in until I switched to my scourge. Talk about elitist.

I'm not looking to join a guild that will kick me after two days of inactivity - I have PTSD, this is my escape but at the same time I also don't want to feel like this is a full-time job. I love the game and play a lot when I have company but I don't want anyone else telling me I have to 24/7 rep or tell them when I'm gonna be away a couple of days. I'm a social person and LBTQ friendly. I just want to enjoy the game I've literally spent thousands of dollars on as I miss it immensely. Thank you :)
