Hi everyone! We're a PvX guild looking for new members who usually play around Asian timezone (GMT+4 to +8) since most of our members are from South East Asia (SEA). We usually play around GMT+7 20:00. We do fractals, guild missions, PvP and raids (though most of us are really new to raids). We have a level 15 guild hall (Windswept Haven). We also have a discord channel with where our members can interact :) We use voice chat a lot for communication, and it's encouraged to join and listen to the instructions given. You don't have to speak if you don't want to! Our goal is to build a community where people can gather around and play games together or just have a chat because a number of us have been playing this game alone for a long time and we understand what it means to be completely lost and left out. We have a cheerful and helpful community and we'd like you to be a part of us! You sound like an interesting fellow ? Here's my pitch: My tiny guild (~15 people) is called Heroes of Lost Time [HOLT] and we don't have a lot of active members. The people who we do have are mostly casual players, and mostly newbies. We have a level 19 guild hall (Gilded Hollow) which I'm furiously upgrading mostly by myself, for benefits like levelling up scribing (which is a useless craft for anything but making guild decorations). What do you get out of joining us? Well, perhaps a place to lurk and maybe join in on conversation every once in a while. And the use of the guild enhancements which have already been unlocked, or the PvP arena, if you enjoy duels. And of course, that sweet, sweet 5% waypoint discount (I'm looking to raise this to 10% when I can). Perhaps you'd like to run the guild missions sometimes as well, for those guild commendations that allow you to buy cheap(er) ascended accessories. If you've been playing 6 years, you can perhaps assist me in explaining things to the newer players, as I'm in GMT+8 whilst others are in GMT+1 (on average). As for typos, well, I try to avoid them most times. I may slip up, and a number of the members don't have English as their first language, so they will slip up as well. I got to Crystal Oasis, ported to Windswept Haven and got to the vineyard before I got kicked. Then I was back at Crystal Oasis and I've been booted every time I try to log in now

I don't know if it's been mentioned before (didn't bother to read through the whole thread, sorry) but could we have more mail spaces please? 10 is a really low number to have... And sometimes players don't notice when their inbox is full (case in point: a guild member who couldn't receive items from the gemstore bc he had no idea his inbox was full)

Ahh, that makes sense. Thanks for clearing that up :) Hopefully they clean it up soon so the stalled ones can progress

I can confirm that Foulnight is still stalled, at least on EU. He is in the same position other people mentioned, but interactung with him gives no option to start the event. Speaking with Harrownight tells you where Foulnight is, but no 'Event nearby' icon appears. Edit: I find it very odd that the event has stalled, because last week I completed the event with another character. I forgot that I needed the water then, which is why I need to get back in...

Based on what Aaron said, that kind of makes sense. Maybe waypoints are like asura gates, that you have to walk through them/stand under them to get ported elsewhere. But while asura gates are tied to a specific location, waypoints can take you to any other waypoint that you've previously unlocked?

Hey there, all of the guilds I'm in are pretty quiet these days, so I'd love to join your guild and meet some new people :) I'm an experienced player (I guess? I have several lvl 80s) but I've mostly played solo so I don't know a lot of the dungeon/meta content yet.

I'm not gonna be much help, I'm afraid - all my sylvari have surnames. If I do make up a last name/title, I like to look at the character and names pop into my mind on the fly. But like some people have said, sylvari do take last names if they want to. My most interesting one would be Aeris Blizzardglade - "Blizzardglade" because he got adopted into the Blizzard warband. (Doesn't make much sense from a charr point of view, but I don't care much haha)

Little update on my end: the problem seems to have reduced and almost completely disappeared. I haven't done anything different, but I don't recall having this problem while playing fractals with my guild for the past few hours. The problem was still there before midnight (GMT+8) but past midnight it seems to have cleared up. I'm not sure if this was because something had been fixed or not
