This might be an unintended super buff to my combo with fb giving me quickness on top of the suggested buffed base attack speed making it be able to attack faster than ever before in team fights. Id take it! xD I donno i just want gravedigger to guarantee it makes some kind of an impact when it hits like add 100% crit chance on it or a cc/condi on it.
  3. except the difference is that steal does nothing until 6 traits are devoted to it and it is the main class mechanic of thief, meanwhile necros have an instant cast 3 sec cc that ticks damage, thieves dont even take deadly arts anymore, thats how irrelevant steal is and it does no damage now and only a boon steal and 1 sec daze. Your arguments seem to be changes only you want to prevent because youre a biased necro main. Meanwhile I play your class better than you and still want my main to be nerfed more. Reaper needs to commit a trait-line for spite and or soul reaping to have self might and high burst damage could be seen as the same argument however like your quote, it steers the attention away from the point I stated. I'm pointing out the lack of elaboration and reasoning of your suggestions for nerfs. Saying someone wants their own main nerfed more does not justify anyone throwing nerfs at other classes or even on their own main that other people play with no clear productive reasoning of it's impact on spvp as a whole. Yeah I have a favorite class I like to play so i'm very prone to being biased towards it just like everyone else who plays this game. And from MY watching, still most of the suggestions "nerf bulls rush because it's high impact" "remove the weakness from mantra of truth because it's cover condi and weakness isn't something gaurdian should be giving" "nerf ranger longbow range to 1200 because it's too long and makes it unfun for wvw" While you gave some good points that many may agree with, you focused only the skills themselves for the class they belong to (based on how your "feel" on their effectiveness) WITHOUT mentioning anything how it positively or negatively affects any of the other classes builds and roles in spvp since you are going out of your way to discuss changes for ALL classes. Once scourge got one change to the mechanic of their shades no longer working on themselves, there is a noticeable decline in scourge play in competitive spvp anymore which in my opinion impacted spvp as an indirect buff to builds with many boons like holos, revs and firebrands to be more prominent in the meta. The rise of meta power rev builds after the initial HoT bunker meta in 2015 nerf made power reapers less viable in higher tier play. Inputting so many changes, although with good intent, without considering how it affects everything else may lead to unwanted problems that weren't intended. This content creator feedback felt a little defensive, toxic and condescending rather than a productive discussion about how the game can be improved with the help of diverse point of views. The Mighty Lu Bu disapproves 0 points. I expected better.

Then by that logic nerf thief steal to have a visual cast time rather than being instant lol. The reaper build i use for 5v5s are very unfavorable for 1v1s and reaper is one of the easiest classes to 2v1 which is why it's generally bad to take 1v1s on reaper. It's ability to gank hard high risk high reward is part of it's identity as a team main damage role which takes part in stopping bunker metas from emerging. People generally don't cry for reaper nerfs because it is the class with the obvious weakness of no access to complete damage nullification other than their base 2 dodges hence making them being targets the more consistent to not lose value from. The class balance suggestions from the video seems to be taken for more of a 1v1 type balance which the game isn't meant for. I couldn't find any explanations on how any of these suggestions would effect other classes as a whole. I think the concept of conquest, the impact to the meta, and the weakness of all classes should be considered and explained to make these suggestions a little more convincing. A true balance to 1v1 is literally making every class the same and I think people would rather have the classes all have their own identity. The title should be Changes "i want" rather than putting "WE" because there was not any mention of anyone else's opinions on their classes and others.

Id like precision to take a bigger part in condition builds' damageI think invulns/ evades/ blocks should lower self movement speed or be immobile in general while skills that reduce damage taken actively stay not affecting movement speed.Some way for slow power weapon builds without precision to be viable through attrition (maybe power scaled debuffs like pulmonary impact?) for weapons like warrior mace, hammer, necro greatsword/dagger. Less passive easy might stacks like rev/warrior/holo passive, i prefer combo field blasting being a better might builder since it can be interrupted/mitigated. Maybe even keep might as a pve/teamfight viable thing but not so crazy free in solo pvp.Builds with lots of mobility/evades should not have access to weaknessHigh power damage potential needs practical mitigation or predictable visible ques (i.e. reaper high damage but lacks evade/block/invuln so can be damage pressured to mitigate their damage, but on the other hand mirage can evade and big damage burst on a moving target simultaneously lacks damage mitigation counterplay same as old d/p bound daredevil as well as evade condi thief please avoid concept builds like these) As for what kind of meta i would like,I think the specs with the most predictable/visible animations for their damage should have the most skill potential/viability. In the current meta i like how both condi and power is viable with more power builds than condi being viable. I also like how anything that tries to be full bunker is still solo killable by many builds in the meta.

  7. title may be troll but there is truth to it. A mistake on Anet's part? or intentional development funds to provide content to cater only 5 people. 12+ pieces of "content" for same 5-6 people, not including a whole merchant that only works for those 5. Could of spent that time making actual practical and more accessible content to motivate players to form more pvp teams and build a better healthier competitive pvp environment. People who say people need to get good are missing the point of this post.
  8. The reason ele full heals from 20% easily is because their health pool, like gaurd, is of the lowest in the game without vitality as classes. To properly fight an ele you need to pay attention to their elemental attunments and kill them after they heal, if they are sword and swap to earth or water you should know they have sword 2 to evade so you shouldn't risk high cooldowns while in fire and or air they have skills you should prob dodge like fire air 3 and fire 2. Also dont wanna waste cds on ele's fire earth lava skin constant barrier because ele gains super value if u dmging their barrier while they dmging your real health.
  9. One solution for example maybe give that one person and all his accounts the titles but still reward the rest till the appropriate number of different players are met. It should be fine so long as people and their alts are only theirs to play. Then anet can punish anyone and which ever accounts (if not all their accounts) if they account share or sell accounts since it's against TOS rules anyways.

FYI The main issue of this post is the fact that rewards arent being distributed to the same number of human beings it should be. top 100 should be 100 different players imagine your at work and your pay is taken away and given to your boss because he is a higher position, people saying stuff like people need to get better are missing the point
  11. same for whoever should have gotten rank 3 and even those slightly away from rank 25, 100, and top 250 tho more alts take up those spots. the problem may not be the player(s) but maybe the leaderboard/reward system itself or just population, but either way it's not healthy for what little competitive side the game has left. I dont have 120 games this season so getting a reward doesn't matter as much to me, but imagining any live competition where one person can take reward money from being 1st place and 3rd place and etc etc. is pretty sad and discouraging for everyone else who worked hard and actually "made it" without being recognized and rewards taken away. Doesn't matter if it's only a title.
  12. Before i saw this post today, I been queing with core necro for a bit for fun and thought to myself, this could actually be better than reaper or even scourge but not sure. Seeing other ppl think the same is pretty interesting.
  13. I'm pretty sure it always has been there. I always make sure i'm holding move forward while pressing about face to avoid it. Usually happens when left clicking about face and standing still
