  1. Dragonhunter Heavy Light: This trait now gives a 10% damage increase when striking defiant foes, in addition to its previous effect. These bonuses do not stack. Do the same with boons ! Remove the effectiveness of basic form Boons (20% quickness) , and based on the complexity of the Class (Ele) , they get bonus Quickness (for some reason it bugs and don't show the numbers) .

If the goal is , that some traits behave differently in each mode (skill splitting - some offer quickness vs not-quickess /scrapper) , shouldn't the area around that specific Trait in the UI have a hazardous-warning effect and a small tooltip in the bottom that say this icon means different skills in different modes ? But it would better to create an ideology where , in PvE the placeholder spell is Quickness/Alacrity , while in PvP/WvW it's the proper spell (pvp centric or one trait ,change the mundane of many PvE skils(every skill that offer 0.25s fury into quickness and every skill that has "2" bleed into 1sec freeze and the skills that have "4" bleed into +20% damage boost) , while leaving aside the baseline 1 , 3 + existing bleed effect to continue to exist)

( i tried to solve some things this time) How about we take the bug that happened in the Black Citadel (one side collapsed) and create 4 rooms +corridors , with a team in each room killing a boss , trying to race the rest for the 1st place ? Each area can consist of 5x PvE people , or 15x GvG players duking it out with other opponents and then face an NPC as a relaxation mechanic . The camera will rotate to showcase each team in each room for 10 sec each . And in the end the 5th camera (pans out) will be used to show the whole stracture with all the teams . https://ibb.co/gd9h4V3 People in Twitch can vote with the for which room to attack with : !7 => top right room +7 => top left room -7 *7 Special key : !0 +0 -0 does aoe around the boss (in case people take advantage of the delay and run around) (chance the aoe's shape will be a 1/4 of the circle will be extended for 240yards , while the 3/4 will be 80 yards . Any more Special keys (!0) from Twitch afterwards will copy the previous animation/pattern for 6 sec , if they are not ahead ) Every in-game participant have 5x invisible IU stacks , where the 5th bombs that lands on them does 10k damage and then stack goes for 10 sec cd .Essentially when are hit you become a "flux bomb" to hit your team8s . Any aoes before or after the 5th stack does 0.1 damage ( so we don't care if there are 10 people or 1000 people on Twicth using the attacks) . Who ever team is "winnng" (their boss HP is 8% is less than the last team's boss) , then their hidden UI stacks are enabled , or even reduced (take 6k every 2rd attack , 6sec cd) the further ahead they are . Each HP% of the boss translate into 'score' so it's easier for the viewer to see . And there are "power-ups" (Mario Cart (Blue Shell)) , where allows you to trick the system and viewer , like "freezing the HP of the boss (Shroud) for the viewer , or replacing the "score" with another team (attracting the viewer attention) , not getting affected by the UI stacks/bombs for 1 min when you activate the buff ....... and in the end the ultimate "Blue Shell" where 'stealthy' diactivates some mechanics of the boss from the 3rd phase (low HP). The power apps are "rolled" by doing secondary mechanics -some can be skipped -other are crusial for survival Rewards : Normally in Twitch watchtime , the more you watch the more the time is filled . So longer the match goes the merrier to unlock the reward. But we can avoid paying money in Twitch and use each time "authorized" Sstreamers , where they have been instructed to show the location of an npc in open world that offer "blue shards (same as Twitch watch time) if the match last for 15 min and another npc if the match lat for 30 min .The npc will be there for 30 min afterwards . Or a code

  5. Healers as a crutch could still be used in Normal Modes , but creates a problem in CM modes when you stack them . Thankfully every spec can spec to Boon distributions or dps , so people won't be left out in CM modes . We have enough dumping down mechanics , like for example Mechs + Guards can use mass Stabilize vs Magister Lee's KnockBack slash . And from now on , when we design encounters , 2/3 of it's mechanics that are used , should become unblockable - prevents stability (in CMs) , so the 66%of the failure blame goes into the players hands

About the 1st problem , what about if the boss around him (400yards) ,could "almost" duplicate the Might Stacks ?(up to 50% more extra stacks -different UI stack , based on melee/range you have equipped ) That way it will promote people to adopt a balanced mindset , where a combo of ranged/melee weapons will be appreciated , rather the mentality of "of only melee" . GW2 can be a lot more flexible than other mmos , with the ability to Switch weapons in combat . So normally there shouldn't be a debate for "melee vs ranged" Something I forgot: But in the same time , there should be a backfire in order to prevent "only melee trains" from occurring again . Such as for how long you benefit for those extra 420 stats (12 extra stacks x 35 Might) , the healing/shielding on you is reduced for the same amount , or come up in the second phase of the battle (50%)

Quick! , make a Raid or WvW-Warhammer multilevel building/castle , where the guilds goal is to reach on the top , while the rest of the population can glide from the sides and throw bombs , or we can have Twitch interaction (a ship with 200 cannons) . Every 10 sec the participants have a "grace" period to hit the boss . The rest of the population if they hit the team that is "winning" , they are awarded more Twitch Points , or ingame participation for "Skins" https://ibb.co/gd9h4V3 The WvW teams , could be 4x 15 man , each take match (1v1) different rooms , and killing the opposite team showcase the next room upstairs with a boss to kill (filler content , they choose a power-up , while the rest teams get a 'random"-blue shell effect without killing a boss ) . Whoever has the Tag , an invisible small boss follow him and that will be the "rotating clock mechanic" Edit: Scratch the idea for raids , it will be unfair for the partcipants Edit2: The camera will rotate to each team for 10 sec , leaving them some times to dps the boss , then the 5th camera (zoom out-all teams) , will allow you to use !7 (bottom left team) , +7(top left) , -7 , &7 (it most likely will be easier i guess to "que" the attacks in the system ,rather to track who-shot and how many shots-left (limited ammo) and when the camera is rotating in each team ,then the person will dumb his limited ammo on them)
  8. Yeah i agree , there should a way to speed up the acquisition of the WvW armor if you "actively" play more the the proper way than afking . Commander's could for example put a lingering buff on you for 2min (in case you die) , where there a chance to double the next reward track , as long as the commander have captured something . Or a system to remember the last 10 locations you visited(enemy killed-getting killed,transporting in base) ,every time the reward track updates (4:30) . It will then roll 1-10 for the previous reward list , (let's take for example that is rolled 3(array2) , then the 3rd-4th-5th space with the list will be compared with the any space of the new list) . If they are the same (+transporting in the same base for 3times) , then the person is clearly not actively play Edit: I like the suggestions made by this guy:
  9. Generally each expansion after a while , get merged with the others , right ? And now that the "Dragon Saga " have ended , we could go with the Human Gods or Guild wars , right ? What if the expanion-after-EoD- becomes the core-f2p introduction , when the next expansion after that have been released ? Rather than meeting the old gang , we can push a new cast . Or we meet each old cast under pressured environments (meet Tribune , in a vs Snipper-hide scenario) and when we complete it , the Tribune would thinks that we are making joke of him that we cant remember (if we new account) . He then would try to gives a tooth-neckless and if we activate it , the screen will get hazzy-fuzzy on the sides and a Core Personal Journal will be unlocked in the Core maps (play only the 1st part of the instance..your memory is not good). LvL ui is hidden(you are 80 with hidden cheesy traits) and the only thing unlocked are the weapons skills (no utilities). About the wake-up in starter area after the expanion-after-EoD boss hit you where your goal is to unlock the utilities (get stronger after the defeat) and do the hearts to unlock Armor , i havent thought about it
  10. A daily-random - fully upgraded mount (De ja vu Drift Roller coster) , that can be used for 5 min and with 20 cd . The cd is reduced with each completed event . So 40% of their playtime , will be spent with mounts . Can only used on a fresh account for 2months , and move to EoD to unlock the core Mounts . They might rush and don't enjoy the beautiful scenery and the relaxed enviroment .... but the problem the "enviroment is too relaxed or barren areas like the Ascalon or Norm" and they better spent their time on more interesting stories like EoD ... And reduce the 80 lvl max cap to 20 . I don't really know , but the number is forcing me to make a joke bout a monty python character ,called "bigus ...something". Keep the 80lvl as an internal mechanic that unlocked stories/spells , but make it so every 2x bars for the 20lvl , represent a level for the 80lvl
  11. About the core specs , how about we create lesser forms of their elites , and the cd is reduced with each crit ? For example Core ele > Lesser Tornado 30 cd > no hp bonus . Rev > Jade wind > aoe stun for 1 sec > energy cost is reduced by 30% , each time they use a 3-energy cost spell . Necro > Kameha...i mean Lich form > 30 sec > no hp bonus

  14. We can buff WD , to do the duelling part . And you can hunt them for easy kills . Easily dispellable Protection and not stealth to hide Core with mobility and not 15x stacks of Burn
  15. Meele attacks are 130 yards , while Daredevil dodge is 450 yard ? If they cant hit you with meeles , they can't track you ?
