If possible, I would like Anet or Guild Wars staff to help me with disabling my sms authentication. Last week my cell phone broke and I couldn't get in the game or the forums because I couldn't get any text for my sms code for the game or the forums. I got a new phone, but I want to disable my sms, just in case something ever happens to my phone again and I can't get on the game or forums again.

I have 3,650 days on my account and I'm not receiving my 10th birthday present. I'm using the game client from here, not Steam.

I'm glad to hear that it may not be our firewalls and perhaps it could be the server. I really don't want to be turning firewall off, being a security tool or I assume it's a security tool. I too hope this can be fixed in the near future.

I guess what I meant when I first wrote the original post is to still have a mega server, but have a district options that we could pick from. Don't worry folks, this was just a idea I had and it will never go through. :)

Most of the players in the first Guild Wars usually all went to the first district for LFG and for social chats. With the different districts, the population never was cut back. I usually went to the other districts to relax and the less populated districts tended to lag less. If I remember correctly, there was also EU districts and perhaps Asia. Guild Wars 2, the population does get less with a timer. But it has a timer.

I never was much of a fan of the mega server and it would be nice to see server options such as the server drop down options in the first Guild Wars. For example: American district 1, American district 2 and so on, or just Districts. But rather than just having this only in the cities, like it is on the first Guild Wars, have this in the entire game. I know this is more of a suggestion. I didn't know where to post this. This post is just a idea.

I would like to suggest the Festive Hat skin for the 2018 Wintersday (or whenever), in the gem store. A couple of days ago, I tried on the hat skin in the wardrobe with my norn and it made him look like a mountain man and like the look very much.
