Was waiting to finish the story and map before commenting. 2 THUMBS UP!!!I have been critical of the last few releases, especially the last one, but THIS, this is awesome.The team that made this needs a raise and to be consulted on every other release in the future

Can't speak for every lost dollar, but I can speak for mine. This episode was ruined for me by bugs, brevity and failed communication (T3 weapons). By the time answers were given and changes made my give a kitten was busted. I still have not finished the episode, which is seriously out of character for me. My main main toon does not fall behind 100% completion of every story and every map.the uncertainty of such a massive rebalance of wvw has had me spending conservatively, actually not at all since the day prior to episode release. Quite frankly I am concerned my spending could be wasted if the rebalance strikes out like this episode release. Couple that with the layoffs and I'm just afraid to spend like i once did.

I refuse to buy 2 week one's. I have several perma's, I like collecting stuff and they each have purpose at different times. But I've spent plenty over the years but refuse to waste gems on temp items.

Any word on when the perm pass is coming back around? I have had gems earmarked for this for awhile and it never seems to come back around.

Blob play remains the order of the day, there are alternatives to that, I have played them, daily, just not here.If you're going to make such massive changes perhaps you should look at some other game mechanics in other games to encourage a more dynamic and active battlefield experience.In wvw the action of the fight is pin vs pin usually (barring roamers and duellers and gankers). You lose the pin due to a lag spike and you die. It's possible to have mass battles with many many individual battles taking place within it. Find ways to break up the blobs, I can think of a game i would love to see morphed partially into this one.Boons are toxic and mindless, bring in a manual block, counter strikes, interrupts, more slotted reflects that are personal and less group specific.Just some thoughts

any cooldown longer than 90 sec, 2 min at most, in a PvP setting is an insult, imho. you may as well remove it from the game, it is completely asinine to trait a skill I can use once, maybe twice in a match, or once every 2 or 3 wvw pushes. The use of 5 min CD's, imho, shows a complete disconnect from those who play these modes regularly. If you want the skill gone then delete it, but this is an insult

Catapulting thru a door, killing the baddies outside without damaging the door yourself.........50 man zerg just vanished better than a Marine Sniper............Thief moves faster than superman on meth.................They're pushing..........nvm it was just 30 clones from 3 mezmers............ these are the realistic parts of the game we should ignore..........

Looks like a knee-jerk nerf. Ele definitely needed some tone down but we'll have to see if this is as harsh as it appears.Disappointed that spam mezmer builds and dump and run teefs go untouched again tho.Disappointed that no replacement for the scrapper reveal has been brought in yet. I don't care what class it's on but stealth is way out of balance since its removal. Perhaps "sniff" could be placed slottable so that you dont have to be out of combat and mounted to use it. (Just a knee-jerk thought off the top of my head)

Go to bed and start cheevo's on day 2This release I got to #4 and it all brokeDrakkar was bugged and when I saw the T3 weapons I logged, now I can't even get the willpower to login and finish 3 days later, you ruined my release ritual and the episode, what i did get thru, was such a massive letdown.I fear for the future of the game after this. Add to that the continued delays on WvW promises after so long, I have almost no confidence left in spending real money as I have up to this point.You have a very loyal base, don't let us down please

saw the update: but the hype is gone for me now (see my first post 6 or 8 above this). Just can't get the hype back on anew episode once its lost, just sayin, first impressions will make or break it for players, especially spenders. I'll hopefully get the willpower back later tonite or in the next few days.Just completely let down with Anet right now

Check story tab to see 350 gems, but it quickly fixes itself= annoying but minor Hyped to get in and start. Find another artificially stretched map forcing you through round about paths to make it feel bigger so we have our mounts but their impact is minimized, per Post-PoF. As well as the other standard of knockdown/chill/bleed/slow/vulnerability/etc spam on every mob=minorDrakkar hype, find escort.........broken= beginning of personal breakpointLets check out the new weapons........discover I have to remake all the t2 weapons again...........I'm done/logout/create this forum post/ go play something else and wait for hotfixes and updatesI get the "happens every patch" argument......but why should flaws be "the norm"? I have invested alot of time and money over the past 3+ years and want to see a lasting healthy game, that's why i give feedback.

stealth/portal bomb is the only meta anymore, and with scrappers losing their reveal on F5 it really is all there is now besides the few actual groups who can effectively ball push
