You can type /Wiki __ in game and it'll pull the topics page up ( this includes pasting or control clicking an item into the chat box after /wiki ) Metabattle is an easy to understand website that breaks community rated builds into environmental categories for every class. Use them as foundations then tweak them where you see fit. The "Dulfly" website is hands down the best time and frustration saver if you are trying to do the story mode achievement or having trouble with it in general.

Don't look to the forums. Go to Metabattle or Snow Crows. Snow crows will have proper raid builds as well as gear acquisition advice and Metabattle will be more user friendly plus seperate the builds etc. by environment beyond raid. After you copy their builds, tweak them to fit your own uses ;)
