  1. Hopefully this works, I am obviously not nearly as good at screenshots as some of you seem to be and my computer only allows some pretty bad graphics. But without further ado, Sith Lord Ferwol, Master of Time and Space.
  2. While I absolutely do not think that customer support is targeting individual accounts, I will call it like I see it and say that the tickets being handled in order is absolute BULLSHIT. I have seen a ticket be put in over a week ago that has still not had a single response, yet I have watched a ticket get responded to overnight and watch a ticket get responded to in 5 days. So, if they are being handled in order, then how exactly does a ticket get responded to overnight, well after a ticket submitted a week ago still not receive a SINGLE response?
  3. I fully understand that my posts here wont change anything and meither will anyone elses, but could we at least be acknowledged and given an average turnaround on responses? Or could you let us know why the turnaround is so absurdly long right now? Last time my father came back to the game he had a response within an hour, this time he still hasnt heard back in nearly 72 hours. This is the type of thing that stops players from returning and turns away players seeking to join or seeking to continue. We need communication so we can at least begrudgingly understand even if we dont like the answer.
  4. Its now been three days and my father still cant access his account. This is getting ridiculous. How do you expect players to return to your game with this type of horrendous customer service?
  5. Okay, I already did that then. He's still unfortunately awaiting a response, hopefully we'll get to play together next saturday i guess.
  6. Okay, I can't find where I thought I read that, but maybe I misunderstood. I am trying to close my ticket down.
  7. I am trying to get my father to give this game a chance again, but he no longer has the phone associated with his google authenticator. When this happened many years ago, it took about an hour to get a response and a correction. He made an anonymous ticket, but I noticed that gw2 support indicates that non anonymous requests will be handled more swiftly, so I made a ticket as well and gave all of his information. Is there any idea what the turn around on this is? Not being able to login to your account is a pretty awful issue. :(
