Some of the last minute changes were definitely...questionable to say the very least. So what was the score at the end of the game?

Lowest possible effort from ANUT's side, all so they can have a title on the news section on the front page with the word PvP in it. Couldn't care less for titles myself, and frankly these sort of band aids should've been added several years back, not as a feature but as a typical hot-fix patch note like "Oh and yeah here's something we came up with yesterday at a coffee break". At this point the fact that they believe this is throwing us a bone feels more like a huge middle finger than anything else. I hope the people who voted "Yes" in the poll reaaally like that title or grind if you haven't unlocked them already because you shouldn't expect any other updates for another 5 years.

He says core staff ele, (in PvP?!) so definitely a massive troll. I however distinctly remember his name as a DH blatantly ignoring our thief who had said he was going close at start of the game and going close slowly and silently behind the thief, therefore leaving only 3 for mid fight until the thief could rotate. He then proceeded to push far and die right as bell was about to go up which made us lose the first bell. He was lucky the rest of the team fought alright and the enemy team eventually gave up. Ah and yes, he later that evening came here to the forums to complain about thief being OP when in reality he was fighting a 1v2 the entire game on far and was just +1'd by the thief, again and again. So, massive troll with a hard case of learn to play.

They didn't remove those trais, they implemented them by default for all places where they occurred except for a very few examples as engineers Elixir S. And yes it was because they were traits that were always taken, so please ANET it's time the entire trait line Trickery on Thieves is made default, as this has been mandatory basically since launch of the game.

If people who complain about WB actually tried it out they would see that this guy is correct, but the majority of people complaining about X class never even bother to learn how they work in the first place. How do people expect to win against something they don't understand? This is the problem with all the "nerf X", it's most often a skill issue with a few exceptions (catalyst last summer etc). -
"How dare they attack me in a competitive environment, don't they know my build is meant for tagging only?!" Anyone running with a serious group would have their squad leader WP back and regroup when casualties are taken, which means anyone traversing the map who can't stand their own in a fight is most likely an open tag zergling who couldn't care less if the game was enjoyable for anyone else as long as they collect their lootbags and dailies, I say let the Thieves and Willbenders have them.

how long does it take to get to rank 20?

100 matches seems like a lot, but I haven't been <20 since release so I honestly can't remember. That being said, you can use boosters to lower the time needed. More importantly though, is my advice on how to spend your time up until you can play ranked: If like you say people don't play the objective and don't bother playing to win then I urge you to spend your time honing your individual skills by getting into as many 1v1's as possible and getting a feel for how much of a beating you can take before needing to disengage in 1v2's. Basically look <20 as a death match server and try to get as good as possible in K/D. -

Honest question, does anybody actually play stronghold? I played two games when it first came out and never touched it since. -
It has, but it's just getting worse for every expansion released. As far as I know GW2 in it's entirety has never been this expensive. 125€ is an obscene amount of money for a game. My point here is that there is a cap to that people are willing to pay, especially for a 10+ year old game. Think of it like repairing an old car, if I pay a repair shop to fix my old dead beat of a car the price I pay relative to what the car is worth makes sure I will never get that money back even if I sell the car immediately. The same thing applies to games, you can't ask a price based on how many hours of content there is when the game is as old as this as the price will be too high for anybody to want to pay for.
