This is dumb, condi Mesmer is trash now since axe nerfs, power is meh and giummicky, just press dodge once during the opening burst and gg. Soulbeast is far and away the most broken thing in the game. Thief is trash too since it gets nerfed every patch, its down to just 1 core build thats viable now. Please dont try to speak on balance when you very clearly have no idea what you're talking about.

If your Soul Spiral is hitting for almost as much as you Arc Divider you're running the wrong Zerker build, also, dont take Arms for the guaranteed crit, not worth it when you can build 92-95% crit in easily just with gear and runes.

I would hate that skills get nerfed because people who don't bother to learn anything get mad that they die and complain over and over till a spec is basically useless. This is basically thief. The whole class has basically been deleted because of people complaining. Even now. When it's auto attack is 2k and a thief can die in 1-2 hits by almost every other class. People complain. Eh Gun Flame is prob overperforming a little bit as well but you're right theres very little on that class that is OP right now. CC, Block Dodge, Kite etc and avoid it then kill them.

I know you're not addressing me directly but, I want to go ahead and share this: I've been a Necro main for going on 6 years. I've also been aggressively defending Ranger because I think it deserves a place in WvW as a sniper and +1. As it currently is however, it could stand to suffer a few adjustments without removing it's viability. On a somewhat unrelated topic, D/P Daredevil was recently nerfed as was condi Mirage. If we continue to reduce the killing power of roamers and +1's, small scale will eventually regress in to another condition meta and everyone will be unkillable. As soon as Soulbeast is nerfed, it'll be Revenant that's the next target for complaints. After that, well... We'll see what happens I guess. I think Soulbeast needs some nerfs but aside from that, but your last point is super spot on, I play another game thats going through this and Small-Scale open world PvP is dying because of it, as burst damage gets toned down the small scalers will build tankier and tankier to survive long enough to win an ountnumbered fight, and soon it will be a full tank meta and no one can kill anything.
