Hope I can explain it properly. At least I'll try. There is currently a trait for ele in the game called Written in Stone and it continues to give the effect of the signet even after pressing it. On the signets it worked in such a way that after pressing it, an effect appeared for duration with the same effect as the skill, and this was enough until the ability rolled back. At the moment, skills Signet of Water and Signet of Restoration have insufficient duration of that effect when pressed, as their cooldown has been increased. So the trait has an incorrect description, because now the signets are not 100% working even after clicking x)

I tried without Arcana, and it works as well :)very squishy but good dps
