I have read in multiple spots, not just this thread about issues with disconnects after/during cut scenes. I have tried on multiple computers, with different connections, both wired and wireless, and can not get through the balthazar to kill a god cut scene. GW2 was listed in firewall exceptions, and even tried it without firewall on, no difference. Use Norton firewall. Any suggestions at all? Update, I just completed the cut scene. I installed the client on another computer running windows 7. I used the same video card, cables, router. I used Norton with firewall on. It can not be a router issue, or a video card issue, because I used the same card and router with both computers. The 2 computers are literally sitting on the same desk partially assembled. I did not edit video settings on either computer. Both processors are the same, I7 6700k on both computers. The only real difference I can find is the OS, and some hardware differences. Case, motherboard, power supply, but the items I would have thought were causing the issues weren't the issue.
