  1. second note: could be more of a rebirth rune bug on mesmer as i think I've only used rebirth runes on mesmer (and still do)
  2. that's all i can tell really, mainly they seem to not much if ever nowadays giving rise to the resurrect of the player character could be a PvE bug more than i thought too nowadays but I did notice their effect / affect more in the past

I don't know if it really was the morphing of refresh rates into default mode. but that week i did lose a ton of good hardware performance, and i'm not sure why, so i will list it under potential dx11 bugs: its almost like a lag-delay bug , buttons consistently aren't responding fast enough, mesmer blink/jaunt has a long delay before reaching location, etc. anyway its really weird that i had to mention it and strange too as i had amazing performance at EoD release, but in the past 2 weeks it floundered. edit: with ryzen 7 & gigabyte navi / lpx corsair ram but i think its just with the game, not especially my system as other things seemed okay, but i will check more
  4. Its nessecary for fun optimal performance to select my actual refresh rate, on 'default' it is choppier and slower. It was fibe for years there sewmed to be no problem, i am losing 25% of buffer precision, its made it not fun to play anymore without that option. Why was it taken away? Before this weeks patch it was doing just fine... I presume you are ironing out a performance bug as dx11 is taken out of ita beta? It would be great to know.. if anytime soon you could re-instate the refresb rates for dx11 too that wohld be handy, as actually now the performance is quite a but less at 'default'. So slow actually i have been put off playing, like one is put off their food... It was fine yesterday why did you have to change it? That took all my fun away Where is somekne with good gpu understanding whe you need them :/
  5. so, a quick update in the issue: Turning off mouse-trails in windows mouse settings has resolved the issue.But odd, because it used to be okay with mouse-trails on. And on my other system its still all good with mousetrails on, I wonder if A patch fix could be applied to make mouse-trails work with the in-game cursor again. second part of the problem seems to be the optics / visuals, the game turns very dark when i first log in, and then i have to readjust brightness on radeon settings until it looks playable and good.... :\
  6. i've isolated the main part of the issue,fullscreen render is what seems most off....cursor seems to be there in windowed,but also the colour display, brightness etc is all weird in fullscreen mode, not normal like it is in windowed mode...any patch fix anet? :)
  7. thirdly for the record, i am only temporarily running adsl, but the 80mb fibre should be installed v soon,i know this will help plently in getting the in-game performance and other issues fixed faster too, but the phonepeople are overworked since the "pandemic", so its slower than usual for them to install the fibre line...
  8. so, i moved house and it brought up all these new issues, which before had been brief issues then fixed, now some came back again.for the record, gw1 has been reinstalled and gw1 is working flawlessly! HDR all works properly, display is good, no display or cursor issues.But with gw2, its installed now and all okay, i log in and boot up the game, and thats all fine fortunately, the game is playable and fine, BUT2 main issues cause untold stress and leave it unplayable. in-game mouse cursor is totally invisible, I've also tried yolomouse but it didnt even work either,(also invisible yolo cursor) this is not a problem in any other part of the system or any other game,gw1 even works absolutely fine. :)also display issue is as such: washed out colours/constrast/ everything looks grey and boring and bland...no real hdr shadows/midstones/brightness showing, all colours seem as if using an awful broken rgb palette that doesnt display real colours correctly, sorry i cant be more technical.... but it would be fine if i could but see the ingame cursor and also the graphics were back to the good way they used to look *(or how normal and good they look with gw1 right nowforinstance) but for now, this needs a fix :ohopefully in time...thanks if anyone can help

  10. but this is the only notable area of the game i have noticed in years that routinely crashesit seems to eventually grind down to a slower halt and then lock, a few other parts of the game may be the only other places where it will crash, on the whole its been suprisingly good otherwise, other areas are: occasionally in highplayer pop wvw, and a few other megaevents, worldbosses & les occasionally in a very highly pop cityBut strangely Drakarr seems to crash neary every time, maybe 70% of the way in...it did manage to complete fine once,but 4/5 times were system soft crashes/screen lock, i could still ctrl+alt+del and save myself, but one time too was a total lock and only reset.hope you can do anything to help :)thanks
  11. I love tyria... i pray for its survival ?There is so much potential... i hope they continue to break the mould and warp the game engine to their desires . Also i wish the next expansion reintroduces dungeons :) :)I wish there were new maps... janthir and magumma wastes regions.... far east ascalon.... northern forests, dzalana, latenda bog? I feel this mmo to be like a spiritual successor to all of the modern rpg game genre :) i hope anet stay cool and friendly and the players dont argue and be decent to each other :) most of all i wish there was more to do in tyria... i wish it was 4 times its current gameworld size one day :) at least

Yes, i wish there was...This mmo formulaic option for storage only taking place in the inventory and in the bank is basic, but outdated....In a funny way there are even many more other quirky options for uncanny storage spaces....Banks afterall usually store just money... and maybe the rp theme does not quite fit the banking/civilized paradigm....Perhaps in the magumma wastes we can have another type of storage where we use itzel baskets in a safekeeping treehut :) you know... Maybe the player can keep wood at stores at lumberyards across tyria, even collect /gather planks for a discount... perhaps there would be perks and benefits to keeping a woodyard.... extra residue globs? Perhaps underwater bogged logs, wetlogs... another type of wood gathered in wetlands places... :) I see no harm in a storage treasure chest in the home instance, plus library that could only keep books, tomes, scrolls, maybe boosters / etc too.

  14. Maybe bank tab limit could be increased now?Maybe a reason to buy more inv space....Maybe some players are extra lucky to own the deep vault, and some of us are stuck with the basic one....
