  2. Good point. Maybe you are right, but my suggestion comes, mostly because what I said above about people farming only one map - Amnytas. But maybe some devs will see this suggestion and rethink it into something better.
  3. Hello, I know this is not a topic for QoL features we want in the game, but since it is a very recent type of content I want to suggest it here in Soto section. I would like ArenaNet to invent something that will allow us to travel fast from one rift to another. It can be anything: 1) a new mastery in rift hunting mastery line 2) a collection for an item, maybe hard to get but it will be a good reward imho 3) a gem store item. Right now Amnytas is BY FAR the best and easiest map to do rift hunting, after you are done with all map achievements or weekly achievements. So map variety is mostly pointless, because community always seeks the easiest way to farm. If item I suggest existed, it would let people farm efficient mostly on every map with rifts.
  4. Hello. I would like to ask devs to lets us trade https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Experience_Scroll that we get from birthday gifts for Tomes of Knowledge. It would be a great thing to do to help returning players (who will have some birthday gifts) get some spirit shards. For example my friend came back to the game after 4 years break, he has these scrolls, they are useless right now for him, but he would be really happy to get some spirit shards to craft his first legendary.
  5. Swipe to steal change is awful. Thief is all about killing target fast, because it doesn't have sustainability in a normal sence (stealth is kind of sustain). So by removing swipe you let thievs target to block in addtion to kite and other sustain, and easily conterpush, when cds are back. For me personally it is killing thief even more in pvp and wvw.

  8. These type of achievements should not exist in the first place. Like annual achievements, like daily APs, like historical APs. But now, when they exist, they do not work properly... Achievement point system is awful in gw2.
  9. Nothing will happen. I summited a ticket to support, but GMs can't do anything about it. This issue must be solved by devs only.
  10. This issue is not fixed! Here is a thing why this happens for me: bug exists on the character that has done story during the time, when story chapter 7 was broken. If you still has this bug, go and check the description of events that happen during the story step. If the description is very short, then it means it is not full, and it was done during those dark times of broken story. So the game moved you to the next chapter, so you could have a core story experience and play it, but in reality you mostly skipped chapter 7 and this new achievement system "knows" it. Are devs plan to fix it any time? I hoped that with steam release old story will be totally reworked, become replayable, maybe with some achievements, maybe even Zhaitan on the ground final battle and even strike... But no, sadly. But now I can't even get achievement because I have "done" story during those "dark" broken story times...
  11. After last patch I got this bug: when I exit the game, game client is not responding and uses about 1gb RAM and about 20% of CPU for a minute or two. During that time the game window is frozen. It is not a big deal, since I can "kill the process" but it is still annoying and I am not sure it should be this way.
  12. And even if you wait for a very long loading screen you get crash or network error after you loaded.
  13. ArenaNet, it is time to finally bring ascended drops from Tequatl and Triple Trouble to todays standards. What am I talking about? Let me explain. So we all know that when you get an ascended weapon drop from Gift of Aurene or from Drakkar we can choose any stats on those weapons (stats we can have according to expansions we have on the account). We can't swap them all the time like on legendary items, but we can choose them once. Why don't we have the same system on Tequatl weapon and Triple Trouble armor pieces? If we had the same system with Tequat and Triple Trouble ascended drops it would be much more friendly towards new players that were lucky to get ascended items from those encounters. Some guys here on the forum may say: but it is not a big deal to swap stats on ascended item anyway. Well, yes and no. It can be a big deal for a new player. Here is a good example of a problem I am talking about And from the skin collectors point of view: you would remove an additional useless drop from loot table by removing all normal ascended items (since new players would not need them anyway because they get a better thing, an item where they can choose any stat combo that is unlocked on their accounts) and give them a very slightly higher chance to get skin they are trying to get from Tequatl or Triple Trouble.
