As with most of the rest of the post here , I've been seeing these disconnects since I picked the game back up earlier this year. They always seem to happen in the longer story instances, and seemingly more often (but not exclusively) when in windowed full screen. I have not seen this disconnect error outside of story instances. I also want to emphasize that it is incredibly frustrating to get to the end of a 30+ minute story instance only to be disconnected at the end and have to run the whole thing over, hoping it doesn't happen again. If there is some place to post logs or system information I'd be glad to help if it means getting to the bottom of whatever the issue is.
