  1. Dude you a spellbreaker, 60% of the time you immune to powerdamage and on top of that your dodgeroll van hit more then half the skills of hot elite specs, you have amazing damage, above AVG regen and mobility How easy you want to have IT? How does immunity against Power Damage help against a CI Mirage?
  2. How about you get your kitten out of 2010. Why would there be biase if someone play every class in pvp?? Get a clue already. So you telling me EVERYONE or the people that multiclassed has played over 2k games of ele? Are you willing to sit here and tell me people ARE NOT biased solely because of the fact most of them were playing Rev/Warrior/Mirage/Thief/Necro/Ranger? How about YOU get a clue. No one is unbiased here. No one. So the fact you are trying to sit here and type to me saying that people that 'multiclass' are unbiased is a flat lie. Someone JUST admitted to saying that they play the flavor of the month. And the flavor of the month for almost TWO years now have been Mirage/SB/Scourge/Spell/Holo/Herald Scrapper came later and Weaver only came up when an ele MAIN figured out the kitten class had a build in the first place. So you sing me that kitten song of yours on how multiclassers are somehow our god-given deciders on what should or should not be balanced. Let me rev up my tea for the absolute dumpster you are going to spew. I got fifteen minutes to spare.Dude the only biased one here is you. And you need to chill or you will get a heart attack. There is no use tslking to you as you completely missed the point and are only reading what you want to read.
  3. There are really tanky weaver/ele builds out there.
  4. How about you get your ass out of 2010. Why would there be biase if someone play every class in pvp?? Get a clue already.
  5. Do you play PvP? Above gold? Since when are Weavers powercrept? Warriors are far superior than Weavers Still they one-shot people. Hmm maybe this game has other balance problem than might stacks. But keep stickning your heads in the sand.
  6. LoL wtf? People complaining about warriors when there are weavers and mirages out there. Do you even play pvp??
  7. Where do you see this? NA leader board It would indeed be publicly accepted. No one complained when it was all Herald, Holos, and Spellbreaker. Or even 6/10 boonbeasts. That literally never happened. Funny thing is Herald at its strongest since POF release was maybe a 7/10 and it got nerfed recently to about a 5.5/10. We have Mesmer here with its domination so encompassing that there are 3 mirages holding the top 3 spots NA... Mesmer has never left being META across all its soecializations. It’s just the people who are actually good at it play the game in waves as they completely faceroll everything else and we are seeing it with some names returning to the leaderboard. Yet Revenent POF spec is an unplayable meme and you guys complained on the Revenant HOT spec when it FINALLY got out of being an automatic loss in all equally skilled 1v1s (How many times does an underperforming spec have to be nerfed for y’all to see your getting outplayed by losing to it) Mesmer; The only class gold 1 quality players make it top 100 consistently. Mesmer: The only class that can have both the highest damage and highest sustain at the same time. You have a link to this leaderboard?
  8. Arcane 321 Water 231 Weaver 332Divinity or Leadership Rune - Mender AmuletSigil of Energy + Courage You are welcome =) This bs needs to be toned down
  9. When was GW2 successful? Especially compared to something colossal like WoW.GW2 launched as the "next gen mmo experience" and it just fell flat on its kitten since it doesn't have any sort of vertical progression which is one the core concepts of almost any rpg. GW2 is a very weird beast that appeals to a very specific niche market.Anyways, GW2 and Classic WoW dont compete over the same players for the most part. Holy smokes? When was Guild Wars 2 successful? All along. Since day 1. Since it sold 4 million pre launch copies, it's considered successful. You don't compare every new drink that comes out to coke. You don't see a new drink that doesn't make the money coke does isn't successful. That's not how it works. WoW launched at a time when there were very very little competition. The market was tiny. They were competing with very niche games and due to the success of other games, largely the Warcraft and Starcraft franchises, they had a ton of money to advertise. Guild Wars 1 would have been competition back then, but didn't have the war chest to advertise and wasn't at true MMO because it' didn't have an open world. At any rate, now the market is more fragmented. Even WOW has lost a huge section of it's player base, but no one is taking down WoW is the #1 MMO, in my mind ever. If it happens, it will be monumental. Then you have a game like Final Fantasy which is available on both console and computer, and it's the XIVth game in the series. It's also very popular in Asia where a lot of it's playerbase comes from. Guild Wars 2 has been for years in the top five, or six MMORPGs and certainly one of the top MMORPGs in the west. Games like Lineage, which does great in Korea in fact, had to close in the West where it failed. Guild Wars 2 was 6 years old when it had it's first layoffs. TSW and SWTOR had lay offs much sooner. ESO started as a sub game and had to go free to play. FF XIV had to apologize at the start of the game and completely reboot the game, because it was such a disaster. At one point they stopped charging subs, because it was not playable. Due to the fact that they are a popular frachise they got a second chance. Anyone who says this game isn't successful because WoW is successful is deluding themselves. Something can be both niche and successful. 7 UP has been around for years and it's a successful drink, but it doesn't sell nearly as much as coke. It still has it's niche and it's still considered successful. Successful in business only means one thing..meets or exceeds expectations. Guild Wars 2 is largely met or exceeded the expectations of it's investors. How is it not successful?Because they fired a bunch of people..? That usually means they did NOT meet the expectations. Actually that usually means it is going rather bad.
  10. Yeah I get a feeling this game is in maintenance mode.. You can only take so much of neglect to the game modes you are interested in. I think PvE is in a decent place but it is not enough to keep the game alive long term. Not for me at least..
  11. Yeah the fanboi-ism is strong in this thread. In the end I think people are worried and are trying to convince themselves there is no problem here. And they should, although I don`t believe wow classic will be a gigantic sucess there is still plenty of competition that will take a lot of players from this game if it keeps being this stale. Also keep in mind the people in this forum is a minority, most players couldn’t be bothered to discuss stuff in the forum. They will rather play the game.
  12. Considering fire Weaver wins most 1v1s before the patch and they got a HUGE buff up primordial stance. They will most likely be the next top dog on the side node. The biggest counter to fire weavers were continued power pressure. With revs (and to a lesser extent core guard) getting nerfs, they will be pushed even further into the meta. Good let ele have the lime light for awhile lol they deserve it, been low tiers for yrs. Be nice to see some different classes instead of same ol hand full of meta classes.Or how about making a balanced game instead?
  13. apparantly , the expansion is great, but the levelling experience is atrocious.never made it past 20, the story is awful, and has more backtracking , than ANY other mmo There are apparently 16 million people that would disagree. With that said, many says it’s a bit slow in the beginning but all seem to agree that the story is awesome and one of the strongpoints of the game (if you can read). If you never played past lvl 20 you haven’t experienced the game. 16 mio players made it to endgame? in your dreams, i doubt even wow can boast that number16 mio ACCOUNTS..different storythis game has around 12 mio. last wow number i heard was around 50 mio, and that is quite a few years agoand if the good parts only starts after 20, then that is a very poor design decision, since NEW players dont get that experienceif the first mouthful tastes like kitten, do i really want to eat the rest? This. Ive tried, and failed, to get into ffxiv as well. Those early levels are just mindless drudgery. You are missing the point! It’s not about YOU. It’s about a game that has exploded in popularity and currently are ”stealing” players from both wow and gw2. Wheter you understand this or not is besides the point. Anet needs to take action or many more will follow. You are mistaken. Only time will tell. The continued focus on the gem store will punish this game for sure. My apologies for not being clear. The part where you are mistaken is where you state that it is not about me. It is. It is about tens of thousands of "me's," making individual decisions about what they like or dont like. There is no need to wait for time to tell. You could be a minority, you know. The other tens of thousands might like the game. Why are you assuming everyone thinks like you? Many have already left and more will probably follow if we don’t see some changes. But it’s better to put your head in the sand and pretend the game is perfect.
