There are other threads speaking about these same issues below. [EoD]Download is stuck and Still can not play EOD with advice on what to do. However I just uninstalled the whole game and redownloaded it and it worked for me. Good luck to you!

Update. Reinstall worked. Exitlag is now connected as well.

All my other games are working through exitlag still though. Guild Wars 2 is the only one that seemily just stopped.

Honestly I know no company is perfect but they should be looking into this. Going from a working game to can't even get past 1% download is a bit crazy.

It has to be from their side. I noticed on exitlag it doesn't show any active connections anymore when I open up Guild Wars 2. I didn't change any of my settings. I am currently reinstalling the whole game to see what happens. Download is slower than what I usually get though.

It seems to be multiple people. I am also one of them. Download stalls at 1% and then does nothing at all.

I am having this problem now. My download does not go past 1%. Before everything was working fine. I have exit lag, copied and pasted the line into command prompt and still nothing.

I wish there was a "Nerf Ritualist" thread... :'(

The irony lies in the fact that by dumbing down the game ANet shoo'ed away most skillful gw1 vets and attracted a bunch of people who should be playing with playdoh instead.Hence in gw1 no one cried about mes, except when Visions of Regret was op, and in gw2 people cry about mes since the game released. I don't know if Gw1 had a forums. Never visited it. I was so innocent back then but Mesmer was a problem in pvp. Hence why everyone pinged Mesmer as the must kill target. Visions of Regret was op but it wasn't the only thing. I had a random build back then with VOR, Backfire and I can't remember the other skills right now. I'd have to log into Gw1 and see if I can remember but basically it was a bunch of hexes on a target. I put them on a monk and he one shot himself because of VOR, Backfire and the other skills. I don't know if you recall the energy drain build? You drained a target's energy until it got to 0 and then killed them because they didn't have energy and weren't activating any skills. The angry pms and shouts I got in map chat. Even in hero battles on my Mesmer I fought a guy and he said "Good fight but you're an ass" because he couldn't do anything. I personally don't like Mesmer in Gw2. Would have loved if they brought over Mesmer from Gw1 into Gw2.

I find it funny the most annoying class in Gw1 is also the most annoying class in Gw2. Da irony :scream:

I find it funny when weavers weren't getting complaints from people but every balance patch came out with notes that nerfed parts of weaver bit by bit. Now CI got disable all of a sudden there's an out cry about weavers from who I assume play Mesmer. Funny..

I am having a good read at some people complaining about CI being disable, meanwhile the people who didn't just bandwagon this build because of how over powered it was are there laughing in some dark, damp corner surrounded by candles, doing their best Dr Evil laugh impression saying "Stupid mortals think CI was the only problem to this build!".

I play ranger but never liked Soulbeast. Gave it a try when it was over powered and still didn't like it. I think its safe to assume Druid is the "new" Elementalist where balance patches get release and they randomly nerf someone associated with Druid. . Those nerfs hurt Druid a lot.
