SRoode.7318's Achievements

  1. Okay, I have to apologize. I made a mistake. It was tracking. I was assuming the status bar in the Wizard's Vault would update with each kill, and of course it doesn't, it just goes from 0 to 1 when you kill 100. I went to the Artisan of Arms achievement and saw I already had 31 kills. When I hit 100 kills I did get the reward. So for me (Mesmer/Rifle) it does work. Sorry for the confusion.
  2. Hi Rubi, I can confirm it still does not work with a Mesmer and a Rifle. No conditions inflicted and killing blows on several foes. I did not get credit for any killing blows, still at 0. Did they implement this fix as you stated?
  3. Rubi said it's bugged and they are working on a fix. Should be fixed on the 19th which gives us plenty of time for the achievement.
  4. On a positive note, the Inner Nayos lanterns are VERY VERY easy. None of them are locked behind events (I hope this will be their new model) and some are so close you can see one from the other. Heck, at each WP there are 3 lanterns within 15 seconds of each other. Even without a guide I was able to knock one completion off in less than 30 mins.
  5. As a casual PvE player (I've averaged 1hr, 15mins a day playtime according to GW2Efficiency), it was worth the $25 for the Skyscale and Legendary Armor alone. The rest was gravy. And I really did enjoy the story too.
  6. I made the light female human set for my Mesmer. I have to say when I saw the preview I was very disappointed because I do not like leggings on light armor females. After actually making it a wearing if for a while it has grown on me. The lack of animations however is a real let down, especially for something that took so long to make and was quite expensive. I'm hoping that will be fixed when T2 is released. I would love an option to make a "lighter" skirt version in T2 as well, but that may be asking too much. https://postimg.cc/3kLSDJ7N
  7. Thanks Rubi! But to be clear, I tried it using Skill 1 and there were no conditions on my target. I still did not get credit for a kill.
  8. I KNOW RIGHT!?!?! I wasn't getting kill credits in the higher-level area so I figured it because the damage it deals is so low. But I'm not getting kill credit anywhere.
  9. I've tried with all 5 skills. Skill 1 auto attack and non-auto attack. I even left the game and came back several times.
  10. To confirm I tried this in Queensdale against bandits. I was the only one there. Kills stay at 0/100.
  11. No matter how many foes my Mesmer kills with a rifle, I never get credit towards the kill. Stays at 0/100. I tried this in Queensdale killing bandits alone to make sure it was my rifle executing the kill.
  12. So I went to Queensdale to try and get the achievement. No matter what I killed with the rifle (rabbits, even bandits) I did not get credit towards the achievement. Are they any Mesmer's out there that have the same problem?
  13. It's the same type of person who I open my full instance home up to with the comment "No tips necessary but appreciated" and 80% of the time I get no tips, 10% I get tips, and 10% I get 1c and a "HA HA". That's why I stopped doing it.
  14. I played for an hour only using the rifle. 0 deathblows (to be expected). So does this mean to get these points I need to run around Queensdale killing rabbits?
  15. I am not a fan of co-op play (PvP, WvWvW, Strike Missions, Fractals, etc.), but I can more than tolerate these Convergences. I've done 2 so far in public instances, both against Sorrow and we won both times. The weekly reward for doing 3 is great, especially if you are looking to make at least one piece of Legendary armor. It's just a lot of button mashing really, and you get a fair amount of experience and essence in return for about 25 mins of button mashing. I can see myself doing it 3 times a week for the weekly reward.
