does increasing your base hp, increase shroud hp?

i was happy today after unlocking dragonscales cape, so i decided to play a little ibs strikes with specter. But i was wrong, my happiness turned into hell for me. i couldnt stay in shroud for more than 1s in boneskinner. And in other strikes, after i got hit by anything big or small, my shroud died. instantly Then short after, i quickly changed into another dps class. And i said to myself, never again picking specter. Can someone tell what i should with my spec character now??

after 9 years later i was pushed to do pvp to unlock the decade cape back skin, i thought 10 matches wasn't too bad....so after getting my cape i decided to do ranked pvp , to try it out...i lost one match after another until i was on a 4 match losing streak, the 5th match was filled with bots and i lost that 90-500. Now i am on 5th game losing streak. The matches i lost it wasnt close, we got stomped.. After 10 years of gw2 being released, can someone tell me how the match making is still broken?? the teams are so unbalanced...teams filled with bots and afkers....broken claases stll exist?? im shocked to see the dark side of gw2, which made me sad since i like this game a lot.

Hi guys, i tried redeeming the prime gaming eod outfit on the trading post but i'm getting error message constantly. Can someone tell me what am i doing wrong? i tripled checked and the code im entering is correct. I live in Australia if that helps. do we know if or when we are getting bank expansion more than 17? its been capped like that for years. I brought 1 bank tab expansion many years ago (back then i didn't know what the cap was) but i cant use it because of the cap. hope they look it to that. Many thanks

I believe that someone could have gotten +950% MF before this new nerf. The maximum MF you can ever get after this new change is 750% including Silver wastes + other sources.

if the system breaks at over 900% MF, why not cap it at 899.99%....i dont see the logic in the new 750% MF change. Please enlighten me Anet or somebody. Thanks
