No. World completion is never tied to DLC. It is strictly tied to core Tyria, HoT and PoF individually. Okay, that's good at least!

Hi, I am getting back into guild wars again, at launch I played until about level 20, but now I've got a new ranger I'm really enjoying at level 30 and plan to buy both expansions this Friday. However I was a bit confused about the living world things. I genuinely have no idea what they are, but I hear them brought up a lot in youtube vids. Are these purchases I'll need on top of the expansions, or are they included in the expansions?
