  1. Since todays patch, Continuum Split does not swap over to Continuum Shift anymore for me, meaning you are unable to end it manually. Either someone did an oopsie or im crazy.
  2. Feigned Surge (Spear #2) summons a clone. Im assuming this is unintentional?
  3. I don't feel like anyone has properly responded to/refuted this yet.I agree. Its very obvious when someone knows what they're talking about and when not with Mesmer. I assume most people just dont bother anymore to respond to users who dont understand Mesmer on a fundamental level, because otherwise we'd be here all day. To actually elaborate: Yes, shatters are Mesmers profession mechanic and clones their profession ressource. You "consume" all your ressource on each shatter so, yes, you actually do have to make a decision between damage/cc/defense.Furthermore, yes, "wasting your skills" to essentially reset the profession ressource is indeed a way to counter them. Imagine if you could reset a Warriors adrenalin or Necromancers lifeforce, that is what this is. By destroying clones you cripple a Mesmers offensive and defensive capabilities alike. It doesnt take much effort either, Clones in PvP have like 3k health, which is auto attack levels of damage.
  4. Echo of Memory needs a CD decrease not increase. It was originally put at 35 because there were several traits and skills that would reduce its cooldown, which are all reworked or nerfed now. Also bring back its HoT-Launch property of the cooldown starting as soon as you use the first block and deja vu is still available. Allowing for more flexible use of EoM might help to fill the awkward void left behind by removing distortion.
  5. Can we be thankful for what we have for once, instead of complaining everything is kitten all the time. Especially after the rework we just got.
  6. I'd love to have an "additional saddle" purchaseable, which enables another player to hop on to your mount and allows you to carry them around/be carried around.
  7. You need a high ground to fly though and the time you'd take to reach said high ground so you can fly is basically the time you could've used to just cross the map normally. Other than that, the griffon is kind of a jack-of-all-trades-mount. The Griffons Jump->Wingflap->Glide can cross obstacles that other mounts were "designed" for, but it can't do it nearly as good as each individual mount can. If you want to, you can just permanently be on your griffon, yes, but it's your own disadvantage then.
