  1. It isn't a block in function though, it just reduces the strike damage of the triggering effect to 0 damage, everything else about the triggering attack goes through.
  2. Allowing bladetrail to bounce off of terrain and speeding up 100B to a 2s cast time would be enough for the weapon to be good, though I would not say no to 100B and Arcing Slice getting 240 range hit boxs.
  3. Anet has offered them for free through the gemstone before, so the code to have them in the gemshop exists. So, I can see Anet offering them by stacks of 5, 10, and 25 for 150, 220, and 700 gem amounts. Would be a good way for them to monetize in anti loot box countries.
  4. Want to see fewer Spellbreakers? Buff Power Berserker and overhaul Bladesworn completely. Sometimes it isn't some perceived overperformance on the spec, but the lack of performance or boredom with other specs that is the problem.

  6. Nah, that is the case in all modes. Stability stops Dispelling Force from activating, ditto Body Blow.
  7. I think at minimum they need to undo the WvW nerfs to WoD. I also think that the disenchantment effect needs to be added onto a few more sources, like Break Enchantments and maybe one of the traits with an ICD attached to it.
  8. Hounds are fun. Personally, the 5% boost from PP is /meh versus having a steady flow of stability. But to each their own. Headbutt certainly shouldn't have that awkward drawback anymore.
  9. I got to side with Sahne on this one. Evades, stealth, shadow steps, and blinds are what the thieves have to survive with. I've had some epic duels with thieves in the past and it is somewhat anti-cathartic to see them lose 60% of their HP in one hit and drop like a sack of bricks because I got that second good hit in during their animation locks.
  10. 'Block' and 'Block Projectiles' are two separate things game mechanic wise. Since EF explicitly 'Blocks Projectiles' and is not a 'Block' it does not get turned into a 'Reflect.' Should 'Block Projectiles' also become a reflect via the shield mastery trait? Absolutely. Will it? I doubt it, there would be too much QQ from certain sections of the forums.
  11. There is usually so much stability flying around though that the self-stun rarely happens. At which point... Why even have it?
  12. I'll piggy back on this. Getting your first few legendaries is a journey for sure. At some point you realize what you really need to prioritize versus grinding individually, and then legendaries just kind of happen on their own. Things like not gambling in the Mystic Forge for Clovers and instead getting them from other sources.
  13. Damage reduction is all multiplicative now. There were cases where some were additive, and 100% reduction was possible in some modes on some classes some of the time (100% if you were a rev though in PvE).
