  2. I'm not sure how to word this, but in the event to defend supplies in West Nayos, instead of an avatar of gluttony showing up, a "Xocotl Flopper" appeared, complete with the appearance from HoT. I spent too long wondering when Eparch started using the frogs, before realizing it was an obvious bug pulling the wrong resource, to take a screenshot of it being there, but I did take a screenshot just after, in case that helps. https://imgur.com/a/elzZKAj It's not exactly an important bug, I know, but I felt I should inform you anyway.

Alright, my previous attempt at this got pulled for including a reference shot of the behaviour in question, so, without naming names: We really need the ability to click on user names for emotes so we can block and/or report emote spammers who have unusual characters in their character names. Right now, there is not a *bleep*ing thing I can do to stop emote spam in game other than disabling all emotes, entirely. I should not need to take a screenshot and open a ticket in customer support or switch to my browser and try to look up the character for reporting or blocking somebody posting 3+ pages of emotes in a row. They don't even get the automatic spam mute that regular chat does for repeating the same text with, to the point I'm surprised there aren't more people using emotes to try to sell gold in high population areas by using the generic, custom emote, /me. Most of the time, I'd just block them and move on, but I do not have that option. Please do something about that.
  4. I've tolerated this stuff for long enough. SoO just made it so bad it finally drove me to comment in the forums: Anet, you added 'right click to collect without opening a dialogue box' a very long time ago. Why, then, do you refuse to let us do so? I loathe the rewards in Amnytas that make me interrupt the game to open the boxes. Fifteen. *Bleep*ing. Times. Not being able to tell the game, "Yes, I know I just earned a Mastery Point. I don't need the 300th Mastery point I earned to also tell me what a Mastery point is." I've tolerated the meta progression chests not letting me skip them because at least there weren't many of them, though I have avoided metas despite their rewards because I just didn't have the social energy to deal with that mess. Stop it. Let us skip the pop-ups. You gave it to us before, let us have it again. If nothing else, let me hit Esc to close the pop-up rather than requiring me to click in the corner, wait 5 seconds, click in the middle, wait two seconds, repeat. Ad nauseum. Also, while I'm at it, let me disable help messages I've already received or make them not show up so often. Every time Chul-moo tells me, again, that I need a Terrapin to pick up the energy is another day I'm not going to be able to bring myself back to something that aggravating. I love this game, in general. I've stuck with it far longer than any other MMO I've ever played. I've bought every expansion, have been playing since the first Christmas, and I wouldn't keep doing that if other parts of the game weren't good, but this *bleep*? It's got to go.
  5. After getting Dagda back and being sent to Rian to learn about rifts across Tyria, the step to continue closing rifts comes up again. However, unlike the last 7 times I did this story, now, only rifts in Skywatch Archipelago count. None of the other four maps with rifts progress this step. This being the beginning of the week, I was going to take care of this step and weekly rift hunts at the same time, but to no avail. If this is a deliberate shift, it is a perplexing one, as the point seemed to be to get players to learn about more places to hunt rifts by rewarding them for doing so.
  6. I've had the same issue and reported it in a different thread about visual bugs that appeared in WvW at the same time. As i stands, I probably could complete the fight, but am unwilling to put that much effort into it without being able to see my skill cooldowns.
  7. I don't know if these are related, but it's a graphical bug that started today, so I'm guessing it most likely is. When fighting Cerrus in the final battle of the currently available story, my UI disappears completely after the cutscene with Peitha plays, except, for who knows what reason, the chat window. I ran a character through this fight yesterday just fine, but have retried this instance 3 times, with the exact same effect each time. This is the 6th character I've run through the story, with no changes to my computer on my end, so I don't see what I could be doing to cause it. Nearly four months since a comment from Anet, and still, no unbound spirits, void spirits, Canthan spirits, spirits actually summoned by Speakers, or even the dredge spirits near the Speakers' base count "Spirits summoned by Speaker Ritualists in the Echovald Wilds" is the actual, in game description, but summoned spirits cannot be targeted or affected in any way that I have found. They're just a graphic to go with the skills used..
  9. Once again, I've lost the ability to have the game up at all, past the launcher, with the daily reset. This is despite having tried every solution I've seen suggested, including running as administrator while game mode is turned off and more. I don't know what they broke, but they broke it good and hard =/
  10. Turning off game mode let it work. Barely. The game was slow and buggy enough that I closed it as soon as I completed my dailies, but at least I was able to do that much. Yesterday, without c hanging game mode to off, I was able to be online for around a half hour, but had the game crash completely when I tried to go from harvesting my home instance to the guild hall to harvest there. I include this because there's a tiny chance it will help. Good luck fixing this, Devs, and I fully expect to be coming back here when the game refuses to work even with game mode off, as I've seen plenty of people complaining has happened to them.
