Do sigils on my main weapons also apply when I swap over to my flamethrower on my engineer?

I'm considering trying my luck with one of the dye kits that's on sale right now, but I'm not sure how it works. Does it work like the mount adoption license where it's guaranteed that you won't get the same drop twice? Or do you run the risk of getting something you already own?

Oh fuck me, looking back at the sale history, I just missed the Branded sale back in December. Guess it'll be a long time before it'll come back. ;w;

I've noticed when I searched up the Branded Mount Pack on Wiki and it's rarity showed as "rare", compared to the Grand Lion Griffon Mount which shows up as "exotic". From what I know, the Grand Lion comes and goes with sales. But since the Branded Mount Pack shows up as "rare", does that mean that it's never coming back again? Can someone confirm if this is really the case? I really hope that it'll return because I really want that griffon skin. :C
